Our stay at Jal Mahal Resort was enjoyable, especially thanks to the spacious rooms and diverse amenities. Also, the location is peaceful but could be inconvenient for those wanting quick access to the city.
I enjoyed my stay at this resort, as the overall ambiance was quite refreshing. The staff provided excellent service, especially Divya at the front desk, who ensured we felt comfortable. However, the food quality could use some improvement and my room wasn’t as clean as I expected, which affected my overall experience.
The resort offers a great structure and atmosphere, along with spacious rooms and a nice swimming pool. However, the service leaves much to be desired, particularly with staff responsiveness. It's a bit far from the city center, so having a car is recommended. Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re looking for reasonable pricing but be prepared for some maintenance issues.
